These terms apply to your use of uhohstudio.com and any purchase from UH-OH Studio. By placing an order you agree to them. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Products

  • Our artworks are decorative display pieces. Colours and finishes may vary slightly from images on screen.
  • Dimensions are listed on each product page. Please check them before ordering.
  • Prop money: notes used in our artworks are prop/replica notes for display only. They are not legal tender and must not be removed from the artwork or used as currency.
  • Car key pieces: keys displayed in our frames are replica key housings for display only. They contain no electronics and are not genuine manufacturer keys.

Pricing & payment

Prices are in Australian dollars. Payment is taken at checkout. We may correct pricing errors and will contact you if an error affects your order.

Orders

We may decline or cancel an order (with a full refund), for example if an item is out of stock or a pricing error has occurred.

Care

Pieces contain glass. Hang with fixings rated for the weight of the piece, and keep out of direct sunlight, humidity and heat.

Intellectual property

Images, text and original designs on this website belong to UH-OH Studio and may not be reproduced without permission.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss arising from the use of our products or website. This does not exclude any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
