Shipping rates

  • Australia: flat rate A$30 per order.
  • International: flat rate A$100 per order to: United Arab Emirates, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, United Kingdom, Hong Kong, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Netherlands, Norway, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Singapore and the United States.

Dispatch

In-stock pieces are dispatched within 2–3 business days.

Estimated delivery times (from order)

  • Australia: regular pieces 1–2 weeks · custom pieces 2–4 weeks
  • International: regular pieces 2–4 weeks · custom pieces 3–6 weeks

These are estimates. Delays caused by couriers or customs are outside our control.

Packaging

Every piece is wrapped and boxed to protect the frame and glass in transit.

Duties & taxes

International orders may attract import duties or taxes in the destination country. These are the customer's responsibility.

Address details

Please check your address at checkout. Costs of re-sending orders to an incorrect address are the customer's responsibility.
